We will search for your ideal home for three months.

To find the properties that meet your selection criteria all you need to do is complete the search form. Once that’s done, we’ll go through it with you to refine the selection criteria to get a full understanding of your expectations.

We also help you complete the administrative formalities such as signing the pre-sale agreement and other documents. We are there to make your life simpler by guiding you through the often complex paperwork associated with the purchase.

Your commitment:

Even if you employ us to conduct a search for you over a period of three months, you still remain free to use other resources or services!

How much will it cost?

* A management fee of €250.00 to commission our search services for a period of three months.

* We do not charge an estate agent’s fee… however, if you decide to buy a property that we have found that is being sold direct by the owners, we charge a commission corresponding to 1.8% of the sale price (all taxes inclusive), before the solicitors fee.

*If you decide to buy a property that we have found via an agent, we charge a commission corresponding to 0.8% of the sale price (all taxes inclusive), before the agent’s fee.
